 Doug Soares, CHRP, CCP
Doug Soares is founder and partner of Expertise. As a management consultant, Doug has worked with many organizations on initiatives relating to strategic planning, organizational measurement, performance management and incentive compensation. He has extensive experience in professional facilitation and the delivery of management training. Among his clients are many of Bermuda's leading employers. Doug's previous employers include Ernst & Young and Bank of Bermuda. He is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Doug also possesses an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Western Ontario.
 Claudia Philipsz-Jones, MA
In 2005 Claudia joined us as a management consultant in our HR Management team, although she had worked for us prior to her employment by Ernst & Young where she served in senior level HR position. With a strong background as an HR generalist and specialist knowledge in performance management and employee relations, Claudia leads projects and outsourcing engagements. She is also a highly skilled facilitator and trainer. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and a graduate degree from the University of Warwick in England. She is currently pursuing her CIPD designation.
Lisa Lowery, MBA
Lisa joined HR Management team, the management consulting division of Expertise, in 2005. In addition to being a talented facilitator and trainer, Lisa is an accomplished human resource professional having held senior HR management roles within the international business sector. Immediately prior to joining Expertise, Lisa was Vice President of Human Resources and Operations for Centre Solutions (Bermuda) Limited. Lisa's areas of expertise include strategic planning, succession planning, management coaching and training, performance management, and HR information systems. Lisa attended the University of Hartford where she received a Bachelor of Science as well as an MBA with a major in Human Resources Management.
 Mieah DeFontes, MSc.
Mieah joined Expertise in 2005 as a management consultant within our HR Management team. She brings expertise in performance management, team dynamics, compensation analysis, employee opinion surveys, and recruitment administration. Mieah is a talented facilitator who possesses an undergraduate degree in psychology and business from Dalhousie University in Canada and a graduate degree in human resource management and employment relations from Brunel University in the UK.
